If you have reached an agreement on the division of your property, and after you complete our simple question-and-answer online application, we will prepare your Consent orders, including real property and Superannuation, and email them to you for signature.

Alternatively, if you are close to reaching an agreement but need a little help, we can receive your information and arrange a mediation with a qualified and recommended mediator. They will assist you and your former spouse (married or de facto) in attending a mediation (usually an online meeting) to reach a final settlement agreement between you. We then prepare the necessary consent orders to be signed by each party before arranging the steps of the ‘Sealing’ of the Orders by the Court. This way, a court appearance is not required, and there are no delays.
